Terms of Service

By accessing or using OS Hauler, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

OS Hauler provides software for managing waste-hauling operations, including dispatch, routing, driver workflows, dumpster inventory, customer portals, invoicing, payments, and related features. We may update or modify features over time.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

If you opt in to text messages, the following terms apply to the OS Hauler SMS program:

• Messages are account- and service-related (e.g., onboarding, verification, updates).
• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing (see our Privacy Policy).

You agree not to misuse the platform. You will not:

• Use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or overburden the platform; or
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Data you enter remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own customers (including SMS consent) before using the platform to contact them.

Paid plans are billed per your selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Software Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
