Privacy Policy

OS Hauler is a software platform for waste-hauling companies, operated by Flow Software Solutions, LLC, 52 Whittlesey Avenue, Suite 2, West Orange, NJ 07052. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@oshauler.com.

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the platform:

• Account & contact data — name, business name, email address, mobile number, and role.
• Operational data — customers, job sites, dumpsters, routes, jobs, invoices, and payments your company manages in the platform.
• Device & usage data — log data, IP address, and approximate location for drivers who enable GPS during a shift.

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the platform — including to:

• Operate dispatch, routing, driver, customer, and billing features;
• Send transactional and service notifications you have opted into;
• Provide customer support and onboarding; and
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

If you opt in, we (or hauling companies using our platform) may send SMS text messages related to your account and service — for example, account and onboarding notifications, verification codes, and service updates.

• Consent. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive SMS during signup, or verbally during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

No sharing for marketing. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting, SMS, email, and payment processors) under contracts that limit their use of the data, and when required by law. Operational data you enter belongs to your company and is accessible only to your organization and the customers you grant portal access.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and tenant isolation. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You may access or update your account information, opt out of SMS via STOP, and request deletion of your personal information subject to legal retention requirements by contacting us at privacy@oshauler.com.

The platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
